The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service on Monday said Russky Standart was not guilty of failing to disclose fees and interest rates on its consumer loans

During a July investigation requested by the Prosecutor General’s Office, the service scrutinized the bank’s advertising materials and loan contracts and found them to be in full compliance with disclosure laws, it said Monday. It also said effective rates on the bank’s loans have dropped by 23 percent to 50 percent in the last six months. (MT)
